General warranty information


Please be advised that the new warranty terms and conditions apply only to products purchased on or after 2023-02-07. Products purchased prior to this date will continue to be covered by the previous warranty terms and conditions.


We have made changes to our warranty to better serve our customers and improve the overall product experience. However, please note that these changes do not apply retroactively. If you purchased your product prior to 2023-02-07, the previous warranty terms and conditions will still apply to your purchase.


If you have any questions or concerns regarding your warranty, please feel free to contact us for further assistance. We are here to help and ensure that you have the best possible experience with our products.


It is extremely important to retighten all bolts after the first start/use of the machine. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided. Please make sure to follow the instructions provided with the machine and retighten all bolts as necessary.


Please note that this warranty does not cover lost bolts or any other lost or stolen items. The warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship and does not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification. Make sure you follow rules and regulations in your country/area/state/city before purchasing and/or using our products.


If you as a consumer/end-user have any questions about the installation of any particular RJWC Exhaust system you have purchased, contact Customer Service or the dealership you bought it from.


RJWC Sells and market power-enhancing products made for off-road use. RJWC (RJWC Powersports AB ) is not accountable for any injuries or damage as the result of using any of our products.


Inspection

All items returned for warranty consideration are subject to inspection. RJWC Powersports reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts. No replacement products will be shipped prior to receipt and inspection of any product for warranty request.


ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

EXHAUSTS

APX - 3 Years Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Exhaust System and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.


Mud Edition & Krossflow - 2 Years Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Exhaust System and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or alteration.
  3. Any damages caused by improper installation or maintenance.
  4. Any damages caused by external forces such as corrosion, rust, salt, and other environmental factors.
  5. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use, time, or income.
  6. Shipping costs for repair or replacement of the Exhaust System.
  7. If engine is not properly tuned either via fuel tuner, EFI-reflash or simlar method to ensure the A/F ratio is within the parameters.

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the Exhaust System, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion. This is your exclusive remedy.

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact us with a description of the problem and proof of purchase.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The above Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to this product and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.

EFI TUNER

1 Year Limited Warranty for El'Comandante EFI Tuner Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the El'Comandante EFI Tuner and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.


The El'Comandante EFI Tuner is rated IP68, which means it is protected against dust ingress and is capable of withstanding water immersion between 15 cm and 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.


The Limited. Warranty does not cover:

  1. Water ingress or damage caused by water.
  2. Any damages caused by improper settings, including settings that deviate from the instructions provided by El'Comandante.
  3. Any damages caused by misuse, including any harm to the engine or any other component caused by improper use.
  4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use, time, or income.

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the El'Comandante EFI Tuner, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion. This is your exclusive remedy.


To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact us with a description of the problem and proof of purchase.


This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.


The above Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to this product and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.

ACCESSORIES

5 Years Limited Warranty for Shifter Handles, Gas Caps and Airbox lids
This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Shifter Handles, Gas Caps, Airbox lids and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.


This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Discoloring, natural wear and tear.
  2. Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or alteration.
  3. Any damages caused by improper installation or maintenance.
  4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use, time, or income.

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the Shifter Handle or Gas Cap, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion. This is your exclusive remedy.


To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact us with a description of the problem and proof of purchase.


This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.


The above Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to this product and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.

LED LIGHTS

2 Years Limited Warranty for RJWC Neutrino LED Upgrade Lights 

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the RJWC Neutrino LED Upgrade Lights and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.


The RJWC Neutrino LED Upgrade Lights are rated IP67, which means they are protected against dust ingress and are capable of withstanding water immersion between 15 cm and 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Use of high-pressure washer/jet washer directly onto the lights will increase the risk for water ingress.


This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Water ingress or damage caused by water.
  2. Any damages caused by improper installation, including installation that deviates from the instructions provided by RJWC.
  3. Any damages caused by altering the lights or any part thereof.
  4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of use, time, or income.

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the RJWC Neutrino LED Upgrade Light, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion. This is your exclusive remedy.
